Customer Service

TRIAD is regularly praised for outstanding customer service.  Our team of professionals work directly with the customers to ensure proper shipping requirements, monitor inventory levels, confirm accuracy of invoices, and maintain overall customer satisfaction.  Each customer is assigned a lead and backup Customer Service Specialist who works directly with the Senior Account Executive, and the production, assembly, and warehouse teams, ensuring all parties are in sync with the customer and their requirements.
